Why a 12-week minimum?
Real change takes time and commitment. Twelve weeks gives us the space to understand what's going on and start to implement change.
What happens after 12 weeks?
We carry on, on your terms, for as long as it's helping you.
How does payment work?
Paid monthly, in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged.
