"Fraser helped me to accept suffering. I no longer feel the need to avoid it. I wanted the light without the dark. Acknowledging its role in high performance is crucial for life that i've always known i'm capable of living."

"Fraser just gets it. It's the first time i've ever really let my guard down. I came to him when I was struggling as a player, but it's made me take a much bigger look at my life and has definitely made me a better partner and a better Dad on top of that."

"Before meeting Fraser I would drink heavily to cope with life when it got tough. I now understand myself, my patterns and where a lot of stems from. I have practical solutions any time things get tough and drinking my problems away is no longer the answer."

"I remember in the first session he said he'd never give me something I don't already have. That this work is all about removing some of the rubbish i've collected over the years and getting me back to myself. He has a special way of getting you to talk and see things for yourself."

                      Fear

The number one performance obstacle in every area of life and the biggest thing I work with every client on. The biggest battles we face are often the internal ones with ourselves. We must have the courage to identify our fears and become aware of them if we are to overcome them. Many of them quietly run the show and prevent us from reaching our full potential.

                      The fighter or the victim?

We are faced with this decision multiple times every day. Do we become the fighter, or do we come the victim? The fighter takes responsibility, looks at himself first, embraces discomfort, works harder and is open to learn. The victim is full of blame, excuse and resentment. They moan, gossip, have limiting beliefs and stay in the comfort zone.

                      Letting go

Many athletes and business owners come to me wanting help letting go. They are anxious, uncertain and fear the unknown. This often leads to a tighter grip of control. We all want to perform under pressure, worry less and to let go of all of the things that are out of your control. It isn't easy, but it's possible.

                      Authenticity

At your core, there’s a pure, authentic version of you - probably not too different from who you were as a 10-year-old. But over time, life, social expectations, fears, and past experiences can cloud that self. You may start wearing a mask to protect yourself, afraid of showing the real you. If reading this gives you a physical reaction - a tension, a flutter, a pause, that’s your intuition recognising the truth: the real you is still there, waiting to be reclaimed.
